Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: 

Thank you for ordering from The AMC Museum Store. Net proceeds from your purchase fund the Foundation's continued support of the AMC Museum.  If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping policy or your shipment, please call 302-677-5992 or email us at estore@amcmuseum.org. 

 Carrier Policy:

The AMC Museum Store ships with UPS and USPS, in the US Only. This applies to all packages shipped through our eStore.

Orders ship on Tuesday and Thursdays. Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday, and on weekends will ship out on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on days when the warehouse is closed for a Holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. 

Estimated Transit Times:

UPS Ground- the transit time for UPS Ground varies geographically but is typically 2-5 business days. UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday in this estimate. Due to continuous in-store sales, quantities on the eStore may differ from on-hand quantities.

 Economy Shipping:

Packages will be sent the most economical method. Orders totaling $79 or more, will have free shipping with the exception of Oversized or Overweight Items. Charges will be determined by the actual and dimensional weight of the item, and your ship-to-zip code. The cost for these items will be noted in the item description.  For Free Shipping on orders over $79.00 your shipping charges will be refunded to you at the time of shipment. 

NOTE: If multiple items are ordered and shipped together, you will receive a refund of the difference in the cost of shipping.

Example: If you order three decals, and you pay the shipping costs of $3.00, you will receive a refund of $2.00 back to your original source of payment.
